Fall manicure

More fall nails for the last few weeks before it snows (up north). I love warm weather, and the beginnings of cool breezes, harkening the coming of winter, scare me a little. I'm not a big fan of pumpkin flavored things, and I never have good ideas for costumes. But I like flannels, blankets, warm tea, and especially the beautiful colors of the trees. The changing leaves are something I miss the most about fall, having spent the last three years in Florida.
I didn't have much of a plan when I sat down to do my nails. I just had a few fall colors and my french tips kit. So I started with some black tips, and decided to try adding some leaves. I originally only did green, but it needed more color, so I added red and yellow. Then I had to add some "tiny leaves" (dots) at the end to fill it in nicely. I ended with a thin shimmery gold coat to finish off the look. I loved this fall manicure.
